Print Shop Support Staff 
Screen printing experience is NOT required. This is an Entry-Level position that will involve learning tasks aimed at increasing the production efficiency of the team. The opportunity for advancement will exist for the right candidate. 

Support Staff Responsibilities:
• Clean equipment including removing ink from screens, squeegees, press & tools.
• Handle burning and reclaiming of screens
• Preparing screens for printing by applying emulsion to mesh fabric on a screen frame and exposing it to light
• Preparing screens for printing by sealing openings in the stencil with emulsion or adhesive material
• Catching shirts coming off the production line
• Counting, folding, and bagging shirts

Support Staff Requirements:
(Job requirements are the skills, education, certifications, or other 'qualifications' an employee needs to (already) possess to perform those job responsibilities.)
• High school diploma
• Ability to stand for long periods and have strong physical stamina
• Ability to handle and mix all sorts of chemicals used in screen printing ink every day


Printer’s Assistant
Screen printing experience is helpful but is NOT required. This is an Intermediate-Level position that will involve pre-production, and post-production tasks aimed at increasing the production efficiency of the team. The opportunity for advancement will exist for the right candidate. 

Screen Printer’s Assistant Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Correct color perception
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Fine attention to detail
• Creative and artistic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and have strong physical stamina

Screen Printer’s Assistant Responsibilities: 
• Adding inks to screens 
• Off-loading garments from the printing press
• Coating screens 
• Cleaning screens for reuse
• Cleaning machines
• Mixing and loading ink
• Loading screens into the printer.
• Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area 
• Comply with all safety rules and procedures.
